Return and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Refunds

1. Refunds for Online Payments:
   - We do not provide cash refunds. All refunds for online payments will be issued in the form of gift cards.

2. Order Cancellations:
   - If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via phone or email at info@@larosist.com
   - Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered production or been dispatched for delivery.
   - If your order has been dispatched but has not yet reached its destination, we will make every effort to cancel the delivery. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer a refund once the order has been shipped.

3. Refund for Special Circumstances:
   - For refunds due to special circumstances, there will be an 8% deduction from the total payment to cover online processing and bank fees.
   - Delivery charges will not be refunded if an order is canceled after it has been dispatched.

Return Policy

- We aim to ensure the highest quality of our products, and in certain cases, we may offer alternative solutions such as:
   - Replacement: Resending the same product or a similar gift of equal value.
   - Refund or Other Solution: This will be determined based on the specific circumstances and at our discretion.

- If there is an issue with your order, please notify us upon receipt or within 1 hour of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue by offering a refund, replacement, or another suitable solution, typically within 1 business day.

Processing Time for Refunds


- Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment and may take up to 10-15 days to reflect, depending on your bank's processing time.

- If a refund or replacement is approved, we will aim to resolve the issue within 3 business days.
